Choose an available time to discuss foot or lower-limb concerns, footwear and whether a pedorthic recommendation—including custom orthotics—may be appropriate.
Appointments are required. There is no separate fee for the in-clinic assessment.
Available appointments
Choose the visit that matches what you need
Select Assessment for a new concern or possible custom orthotics. Select Dispensing / Adjusting if you are returning for fitting, review or adjustment.
Prepare for the visit
A useful assessment begins with the real context
Bring your footwear
Bring the shoes or boots used for work, walking, exercise or the activity that causes difficulty. Wear patterns and available space matter.
Bring existing devices
Bring current or previous orthotics, braces or inserts—even if they did not help. They provide useful information about fit and response.
Know the pattern
Consider where symptoms occur, what makes them better or worse, how long they have been present and what activities they limit.
Seek appropriate medical care for urgent concerns
Do not use routine online booking in place of urgent assessment for an active ulcer, spreading redness, drainage, fever, blackened tissue, a cold or blue foot, sudden major swelling, a suspected fracture or rapidly worsening symptoms. Contact the appropriate physician, urgent-care service or emergency department.
